Roland Garros (late May to early June) attracts an international clientele that fills the best suites in the 8th and 16th arrondissements. Art Paris, Paris+ par Art Basel (formerly FIAC) and the major Christie's and Sotheby's auction sales create short-lived demand spikes over 3 to 5 day windows.

For Monaco and Geneva residents planning a Paris stay during these periods, a request to our travel concierge should ideally be submitted 3 to 6 months in advance. Outside these peaks, a 2 to 4 week lead time is sufficient for most standard stays.
