How we work
Send us your programme: date, venues, number of guests, approximate timings. We produce a complete transport plan within 24 hours — vehicle allocation, rotation schedule, direct liaison with your team on the day. One point of contact from quote to final drop-off.
We work regularly with event planners, wedding coordinators, corporations and Parisian hotels. Corporate invoicing available on request.
Event fleet
We can coordinate several vehicles simultaneously. For large-scale events (seminars, galas, weddings with 50+ guests), we activate our trusted VTC partner network to guarantee full coverage.
Lead times & booking
For one-off events (private evening, group outing), we can mobilise within 48 hours depending on availability. For weddings and corporate events, we recommend contacting us 2 to 4 weeks in advance to guarantee the required number of vehicles and prepare optimal coordination.
